Hello Gulabis !
And I am back again to make your monday blues into monday pinks with new blog post .
As it’s a festive time and we all have the festivals lined up back to back , so we also need to be ready with our outfits for the same .
And if we talk about our wardrobe, its filled with clothes with variety of options to wear ! But we always end up saying ,we have nothing to wear. As we don’t feel like repeating our outfits . Isn’t it ??
So, let’s mix and match the basic outfits we always have it in our wardrobe and make some fusion looks. Because it is rightly said that fusion always makes a statement .
I have come up with 3 indo western looks for you guys, which you can flaunt at the Ganesh festival or any event you would like to dress up in traditional yet modern.
For the first look:
We all have basic simple gowns which comes out on clubbing nights or dinner dates.
So let’s take that kind of simple gown and drape a dupatta with the help of the belt and add some junk jewellery in this look and you are on .
Check out some images of the same look I have created :
What i wore:
Gown: Forever 21
Dupatta: Streets of gujrat
Belt: Vero Moda
Bangles: Fc road streets,pune
Earings: Udaipur street shopping
Footwear: Mg road,pune
Rings: Club Factory ( Online portal)
Lets head to another one:
For this one , I have picked up a basic cotton Kurti, (p.s even better if it’s a long Kurti ) and teamed it up with a long skirt and added a corset belt .
You can try this look with or without corset or any other belt . And don’t forget to add those jhumkis , bangles and other accessories .
Also, bindi is my new found love. Just love the way it looks, specially on fusion outfits.
Check out the look below:
What i wore:
Kurti: Handloom shop Natraj (Jodhpur)
Skirt: Cupid(Koregaon park,pune)
Belt: Koovs( online portal)
Footwear: Bete (Mg road pune)
Earings: Colaba street shopping (Mumbai)
For this look I have given it a high fashion fusion touch .
A basic white shirt as I have mentioned before also in my previous blogs that it’s a must . And here I have tied a knot at the bottom of the shirt and paired it with a traditional printed skirt with boots to give that high fashion glam look and offcourse the tribal jewellery for fusion touch .
